He remains the company's chief executive officer, and is responsible for managing operations, staffing and development, and long-range planning. As a part of his commitment to growth and entrepreneurial excellence, Mr. Rivas is a certified general contractor in the state of Florida and earned a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015. In the coming years, Mr. Rivas plans to expand the company to include a Texas office, and he hopes to bring his children into the business within the next decade. In his personal time, Mr. Rivas is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, an active supporter of armed forces veterans and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, snowboarding and skiing.
