Mr. Greenberg's journey to his current role began when he was 18 years old and founded a real estate development and construction company in Israel, inspired by his father & grandfather whom he described as generous creators and the greatest entrepreneurs he has ever met. He is qualified in his field, holding licenses as a California general contractor and green building professional. He is also a highly esteemed member of the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and the California Building Industry Association.
Mr. Greenberg has had many notable achievements in his field, such as being featured in local publications for his opinions on construction material shortages and receiving multiple house building awards. In 2020, he was named Best of the United States and two of his companies were celebrated as part of the Inc. 5000 through 2022. He has also been held in good standing with the Better Business Bureau since 2014.
