She holds a Master of Business Administration in nonprofit, public, and organizational management from Springfield College. Ms. Foreman is committed to lifelong learning and growth, and is a licensed substance abuse counselor in that state of Texas. Her interest in working in social services and substance use disorder recovery was inspired be her own personal journey, and Ms. Foreman descibes herself as a "survivor of everything she has overcome in life."
Her leadership career began in 2000 as a regional coordinator for Canning Hunger, Inc., where she would remain until 2017. During this time, she also held a number of concurrent positions, including a year of service as a unit supervisor at the Dallas County Judicial Treatment Facility and work as an LCDI and LCDC with the Santa Maria Hostel and a Houston-based clinic. She founded Anew Vision Transitional Living in 2015 to provide job training and placement, housing, and other supportive services to clients in recovery and clients exiting the legal system, growing from an initial capacity of eight to serving nearly 90 participants. In 2019, the organization acquired a 29,000 square housing facility, and hopes to continue to expand its reach in the coming years.
In addition to her achievements in social and community services, Ms. Foreman has found success in the real estate industry for more than five years. Between 2018 and 2022, she was a real estate agent for Real Estate Solutions, and she is currently a real estate broker for 2 GEN Realty LLC and a community enhancer for Ragz 2 Richez Home Propertiez.
