Although she started her professional career as a customer service representative for the Ford Motor Credit Company, Ms. Owens realized after many years that she needed to pursue her true calling.

Alongside her work, Ms. Owens contributes to her community as an organizer of a one-day camp called Back to School No Stress Camp and by providing pro-bono work for clients in need.
