Mr. Gutmacher initially began his career working as a benefits administrator, followed by various leadership roles at Aon PLC, including as a service delivery manager, vice president of client delivery leader-emerging solutions and vice president of outsourcing delivery. Subsequently, he garnered expertise as the vice president of human resources operations at Prudential Financial Inc. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Gutmacher pursued an education at Indiana University in Bloomington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in health care administration and management in 1998.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Gutmacher contributes to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and to various charity organizations in his community. Among his vocational accomplishments, he is most proud of the expertise that he garnered throughout the course of his career, which effectually expedited his professional advancement to prominent leadership roles.
