An expert in her field, she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting through Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Mexico City, an MBA in international hospitality and the service industry with a specialization in marketing from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and an MBA in positive psychology and leadership through TecMilenio. Throughout her career, she has also expanded upon her professional knowledge by earning certifications through the Chopra Center.
