An accomplished manager with years of professional experience in project document control, technical design, scheduling and inventory control, Ms. Hildebrandt presently excels as the project control analyst for Ohio's Electric Cooperatives. In this capacity, she maintains responsibility for power generation document management, major project scheduling and develops procedures for tracking and maintaining engineering design and major projects. Prior to obtaining her current role, Ms. Hildebrandt worked as the designer scheduler for KBR/Energo Engineering, as an engineering work coordinator, engineering design technician, and a corporate document control coordinator for American Electric Power, and as a purchasing and scheduling coordinator for DuPont Powder Coatings.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Hildebrandt gained valuable expertise in the field with Conduit Pipe Products as a production manager, DuPont as a manufacturing technician, and American Woodmark as a group leader. In conjunction with her work, she is an ovarian cancer survivor and has contributed to her community with the Ohio Ovarian Alliance of Ohio (OCAO.org) and by volunteering and fundraising to support cancer patients. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with several organizations, including the American Production & Inventory Control Society.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Hildebrandt takes the most pride in working with the AEP team on the new build power plant, John W. Turk in Fulton, Arkansas. The cornerstone of her success lay in the great mentors she has had over the years, as well as the support she has received from those around her. In the coming years, she intends to experience the continued growth and success of her career. Ultimately, Ms. Hildebrandt aims to earn a promotion at Ohio Electric Cooperatives and eventually retire within five to ten years.
