Since founding the company in 2015, it has consistently ranked among the top roofers in the area and even attracted the attention of Roofing Contractor magazine.
Prior to founding Kauffman Quality Construction LLC in 2015, Mr. Kauffman worked as a roofer and as an emergency medical technician. In fact, he considers his eight years as an EMT to be among his most notable achievements due to the lives he was able to save. Additionally, he is deeply proud of his success in mentoring his roofing staff and helping them grow into leaders.

Looking toward the future, he hopes to get a contractor's license in Idaho so he can expand his market.
Outside of work, Mr. Kauffman enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, traveling. and doing remodeling projects; he and his wife have worked together to remodel three homes. He sits on the board of the Local Youth Resource Center and is active with Breakthrough Academy community.
