He had previously contributed to the aforementioned department of the federal government as an organizational chief and as a project manager. Between 1985 and 1998, Mr. Heiner worked as a systems engineer for the Central Intelligence Agency.
Outside of his professional circles, Mr. Heiner frequently supports numerous local hospices in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
