Mr. De Jager is a master log builder, and has developed a reputation for creativity and innovation in timber homes, with a portfolio including a 2000 square foot monopole log home with a treehouse-inspired design. In recognition of Mr. De Jager's long standing position as an area business leader and trusted builder with an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, he has been honored with awards including 2018 and 2020 Branson Best Contractor distinction and a 2022 Best Business Award from National Society. Since 2022 Mr. De Jager has served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the city of Branson MO,. and was recently voted Vice-Chairman. He shares his industry knowledge and deep roots in the community with other municipal leaders.
In addition to De Jager Construction & Log Homes LLC, he also owns and operates 265 Lumber Broker LLC, Heritage Homes of the Ozarks, S & B Brothers Construction, and De Jager Spray Foam, and Insulation Concrete Forms. He worked on the Wounded Warrior Project, and with local police and the Fire Association.
Rick De Jager is the president of Branson Area Garden Tractor Pulling Club, and a member of Woodland Hills Family Church, Stone County We The People organization, and Stone County Republican Club.
