Prior to his current role, Mr. Mendoza began his career as a process engineer with CYDSA in 1998. He started his career with HELLA in 1999, where he occupied several positions and obtained several promotions in the areas of quality, engineering, supply chain, and industrial engineering. He was promoted in 2007 as senior project manager and started his journey in operational excellence in 2008 as site manager, in 2013 as America's regional director, and in 2015 as global senior director.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Mendoza earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara in Mexico in 1998. He then attained a master's degree in finance from the same institution in 2004 and gained a certificate in management from the University of Southern Indiana in 2012. Accounting for his career successes, Mr. Mendoza credits his discipline, structure, and smart work.
In 2023, he started his own consultant company, working together with several notaries and lawyer's offices, improving their operations. Also, he started collaborating with Business Excellence, a recognized consultant company in Switzerland; later in the year, he started working for Balchem, Inc., leading the Operational Excellence Department.
