Since 1994, he has focused his efforts on teaching children, teens and adults various martial arts, with a specialty in Kenpo Karate and Wing Chun Kung Fu, to enhance the growth and personal development of students of all ages and levels. He oversees the daily operations of the business, including supervising the instructors and assistant instructors and providing instructors and assistant instructors. Among his professional accomplishments, he is the first non-allied health professional to receive the Best Teacher of the Year voted by the Autism Resource Center in New England in 2016.
While developing his martial arts company, Mr. Agbay worked with the Worcester Autism Resource Center of New England in 2000 and served as the martial arts director of Gigueres from 2000 until 2007.
