Prior to his current role, Mr. Crichfield served honorably as an operations senior non-commissioned officer and physical fitness non-commissioned officer for the Army National Guard from 2005 until 2012. He served as a senior leader in his unit for seven years, having enlisted when he was 17 years old and rising to the rank of staff sergeant within two years, honing his leadership skills.
While engaging in his military service, Mr. Crichfield worked as an Assistant Director of Stadium Operations for Washington Wild Things from 2008 until 2010 and was an Inside Sales Representative for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He was promoted to an Account Executive for Group Sales and Service with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2011, taking a role as the Manager of Inside Sales for the Denver Nuggets with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment in 2015. During his tenure, he eventually rose to the role of Director of Sales for the Denver Nuggets in 2019. In 2022, he was the Vice President of Sales for City Club Division of Invited (formerly ClubCorp).
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Crichfield completed coursework in business administration, communication studies and sport and exercise psychology from the West Virginia University Eberly College of Arts and Sciences.
Within the coming years, Mr. Crichfield intends to engage more in teaching and coaching opportunities while growing The ESC Group into a seven-figure enterprise, aiming to establish offices nationwide.
