During this role, she gained valuable expertise in state standard compliance by conducting assessments for the department and local law enforcement agencies. An expert in her field, Mrs. Hester earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University in 2010, and during the early stages of her career an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Broward College.
