Advised by her accounting professor she began a career as a tax professional for H&R Block until 2015. Following this time, she began a career in construction, working for STV Diversified Project Management as a document control specialist from 2014 until 2020, until she was promoted to a field inspector and worked in this capacity until 2021.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Williams-Moore was admitted to the Alpha Beta Gamma International Business Society in 2011 and has received awards and recognition from the Foundation for a Drug-free World, New York Police Department, New York City Housing Authority and The Professionals Network Organization for her Distinguished Service in Resident Leadership. Well-qualified in her field, Ms. Williams-Moore has secured over $5,000,000 for Pomonok Houses to build a basketball court, a dedicated BBQ area and in collaboration with the New City Parks Department, an outdoor space the community calls "Legacy" park. Determined to carve out a space for diversified compliance, in 2022, Ms. Williams-Moore formed Kaviar Provisions, LLC, and intends to run for a position as councilwoman in her area to address the exhaustive list of Public Housing needs, access to rehabilitation services, mental health, education, employment and beautiful outdoor spaces.
