Well-regarded for her artistic genius, Ms. Warshaw's career path has been marked by a passion for creativity.

SOUTH SALEM, NY, October 10, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Melinda Warshaw has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Well-regarded for her artistic genius, Ms. Warshaw's career path has been marked by a passion for creativity. Since 2003, she has served as the owner of Melindanne Designs, through which she showcases her artistic talent and entrepreneurial spirit in the pursuit of designing hand-made cards, assembling collages and painting scenes that run the gamut of genres from abstract to realism. Adjacent to her work in this role, she served as a private flute and art teacher for the Boards of Cooperative Educational Services in New York from 2002 to 2007, during which time she taught students the finer points of music, drawing and painting.

Outside of her main career path, Ms. Warshaw is a longtime advocate of the rights of adoptees. As an adoptee in her own right, she was overjoyed to be reunited with her biological family. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to lobby for legislation that would permit adoptees access to their birth certificates, without redaction, when they turn 18. As part of her work in this regard, Ms. Warshaw served as a coordinator for Westchester County on behalf of the Unsealed Initiative, a nonprofit organization in New York that advocates for equal rights in adoption law, from 2010 to 2021.

Ms. Warshaw's success can be attributed to her drive, intelligence, and curiosity – factors that have shaped her into the person she is today. Apart from her professional endeavors, she is happily married and the proud mother of two children. She is also the author of two books; "Catty Pillar Counts to School," a children's story, and "A Legitimate Life: A Forbidden Journey of Self-Discovery," a personal memoir that details her journey toward self-discovery.

Ms. Warshaw studied art at the State University of New York at Purchase, where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in 1984. She has also undertaken creative design coursework at San Jose State University, and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. Looking forward, she aims to continue her advocacy work for adoptees. With her dedication and passion, there is no doubt that Ms. Warshaw will continue to make significant strides toward this goal and create a lasting impact on the lives of others.
