Before his present role, Mr. Stichter worked as a career agent with the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company from 1976 until 1990. During this period, he also was the President and Owner of Creative Insurance Resources, Inc in 1984, a group specialist for GroupAmerica in 1985 and President of the Total Executive Financial Resources Agency, Inc. also in 1985. In 1990, he became the Vice President of group benefits for the Hylant Group, during which time he also was the co-founder and Senior Vice President of sales and marketing for HyHealth LLC in 2001. He also served as the Vice President and Senior Vice President for the Hylant Group and HyHealth LLC from 1990 until taking a role as an Account Executive for M3 Insurance Solutions for Business in 2009. He continued his career as the Director of Insurance Benefits for The IMA Financial Group, Inc. in 2012.
To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Stichter earned a bachelor's degree in history and philosophy from Western State Colorado University in 1975. Following this achievement, he attained a Managed Healthcare Professional designation from the Health Insurance Association of America. He also is a certified Health Rosetta advisor.
