Mr. Grafton is Co-owner and Designated Broker of Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. He helped found the firm with his elder brother in 2008. Under their leadership, Menlo Group has expanded to offer buyer/tenant representation, seller/landlord representation, real estate consulting and other commercial real estate services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and state of Arizona. In recent years, they created property management and project management divisions to assist with the construction and day-to-day responsibilities of owning a commercial building. In addition to being one of the firm's top producers, Mr. Grafton notably spent 10 years managing the business before becoming the company's Designated Broker.

As one of the company's two principals, his responsibilities include managing the sales team, supporting the advisors involved in commercial transactions, assisting the property management department by establishing and fulfilling new accounts, and helping with procurement.
Mr. Grafton became a published author with the 2023 release of "Childcare Center Success: How to Maximize Profits and Minimize Mistakes." The book aims to help childcare owners start and run successful centers. He also recently returned from a national conference in Nashville, where he distributed several hundred copies of his book and met several industry leaders in the early childhood space.
Throughout his life, Mr. Grafton has been very active in his church and community. He was also involved in the Boy Scouts of America while coming of age and was recognized for his dedication as an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Grafton graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising. He also received credentials as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and certification from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR). He is recognized as one of a small percentage of commercial real estate agents in Arizona to hold both designations. To remain aware of developments in his field, Mr. Grafton is a member of local chapters of both organizations, as well as the National Child Care Association. He is also a strategic coach for the Association for Early Learning Leaders.
In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Grafton was recognized with the Medical Deal of the Year by the National CCIM Magazine. He has also been recognized among the top 5% in his field and as the Phoenix Valley's leading commercial real estate advisor for childcare properties. Looking toward the future, Mr. Grafton aims to continue expanding his business to further help clients reach their commercial real estate goals.
