Previously, she provided services as an interim quality director for a large Federally Qualified Health Center in California as well as healthcare services administrator for the state of Arizona for the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Ms. Mozes assisted the division in the implementation of their new physical and behavioral health contract and restructuring their care management program. Her consulting work now includes Medicare and Medicare Managed Plans in the areas of clinical quality.
An expert in her field, Ms. Mozes earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from De Anza College in 1994. Twenty years later, she received a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University, where she later completed an MBA in health care administration and a Master of Science in Nursing in informatics. Subsequently, she expanded upon her professional knowledge by becoming a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Currently, Ms. Mozes is pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration in Quality Analytics from Capella University.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Mozes' company, Andorra Credit Repair, won the Make Mine a Million Dollar Business Award from Count Me In in 2007 and presented a lecture on Wall Street in 2007 on the role of credit education and credit repair on the current and future financial health of consumers. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in her contributions to the state of Arizona; she identified areas in need of improvement related to caring for individuals with developmental disabilities and her passion to educate the mortgage and real estate profession on the importance of providing credit education during the home buying process. Looking ahead, Ms. Mozes aims to finish her doctorate, help reinvigorate the credit industry for mortgage and real estate professionals by providing a technology platform using artificial intelligence (AI) to help consumers; and assist managed care organizations provide quality healthcare to their members through her consulting work.
