Ms. Wang formerly served as a Corporate Counsel for Gemini Trust Company LLC, a financial services company and next-generation cryptocurrency exchange and custodian in New York City, from 2021 to 2023. While at Gemini, Ms. Wang launched the company's contract lifecycle management platform, which was critical to how the firm managed the operations, review and execution of their legal agreements. Prior to Gemini, she worked at Morgan Stanley in New York City between 2014 and 2021and served as consultant and Director. Previously, Ms. Wang was a consultant at Barclays and BNY Mellon with Prospect 33 in New York City from 2011 to 2014.
Active in her community, Ms. Wang enjoys giving back her time to local charitable organizations.
Ms. Wang was a collegiate club tennis player who graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Continuing her studies, she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School in 2011. While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Wang was an intern at The Human Rights Foundation in 2009, and a legal extern at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development in 2010. She has been admitted to practice by the New York Bar Association.
