INDIANAPOLIS, IN, October 19, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jade Parker-Dinkins has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

An accomplished entrepreneur and product developer with more than 10 years of clinical nursing experience, Ms. Parker-Dinkins presently excels as the founder and chief executive officer of ROJOrganics. By leveraging her expertise in healthcare, she provides customers with luxury all-natural skin and body care products, including body butters, sugar scrubs, and lip balms. Due to her background, she also designs products with minorities, women, and those with chronic health and skin issues in mind. Prior to obtaining her current role, Ms. Parker-Dinkins gained valuable expertise as a registered nurse contractor with a local company and as a COVID-19 implementation specialist for Probari Inc., through which she worked with the Indiana Department of Health in pursuit of providing continued care for nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

During the early stages of her career, Ms. Parker-Dinkins honed her nursing expertise through varying roles with IU Health Physicians, American Mobile Healthcare, IU Health North Hospital, Community Rehabilitation Hospital, Frankfort Regional Medical Center, and Cape Fear Valley Health. Throughout her career, she reduced spending and risk in many of the roles she has held and earned three DAISY Awards for her dedication. Outside of her work, Ms. Parker-Dinkins has contributed to her community through SeekHer Foundation, which aims to bridge the gender gap in the mental health field through advocacy, research, and support, Faith in Indiana, the Central Indiana Sickle Cell Conference, and the Martin Center Sickle Cell Initiative. She was most recently honored for her success in healthcare and business to her community with induction to the 2023 Class of Kentucky State University National Alumni Association's 40 Under 40 Society. As one of 15 Honorees this year, her 2023 KSUNAA 40 Under 40 Society Class is recognized as the most charitable class to date, as fundraising for their Permanent Alumni Scholarship Fund has now soared to become a $1 Million scholarship fund for current students.

Before embarking on her professional career, Ms. Parker-Dinkins earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Kentucky State University. Subsequently, she expanded upon her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from her alma mater and a rehabilitation registered nurse certification through the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses. Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Ms. Parker-Dinkins remains affiliated with The BOSS Network, the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and Black Nurses Rock.

While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Parker-Dinkins is most proud of being selected as one of 20 small businesses around the country to Adobe's Co-Create program in celebration of Small Business Week, winning the BOSS Impact Fund Cohort Grant from The BOSS Network and Sage Accounting, and earning the Do Something Positive Award from Saint Florian Center, Inc. for her grassroots philanthropic community service to empower the community. Although hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her success to the unwavering support of her parents and the culmination of her experiences and knowledge. Looking toward the future, Ms. Parker-Dinkins aims to create a course that educates BIPOC communities and individuals on how to incorporate businesses, speak at seminars and conferences to help women learn how to live their lives authentically, and offer consulting services to her clients.
