Dedicated to customer satisfaction, she has even brought candies to work for children during the Halloween holiday season.
Before her current position, Ms. Ho worked as a front desk clerk for Wyndham Disney Springs Resort. Following this time, she was a retail associate, team lead and retail specialist for Macy's The Mall at Millenia – Orlando. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Ho earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1990.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Ho was honored with a 2015 Annual Make Magic Award, a 2016 Loyalty Award and a 2016 Team Customer Service 2nd Place Award from Macy's The Mall at Millenia – Orlando. She also received a 2019 ACE's Service Award from the Wyndham Disney Springs Resort as well as a 2023 January ACE of the Month Award from SeaWorld Orlando. Added to these, she received a Colleague ACE Cards and Lead Assistant Supervisor ACE Cards from SeaWorld Orlando.
Within the coming years, Ms. Ho intends to advance her career at SeaWorld Orlando by taking on challenging roles that enable her to expand her skills and knowledge. She aims to elevate her communication abilities and become a mentor to others, enjoying guiding and training people to reach their full potential as she is dedicated to treating each individual with patience and kindness.
