Mr. Figueroa Gonzalez's journey in the field began at Safran, where he advanced through the ranks from an electrical test engineer to an information technology (IT) project leader and, subsequently, the Boeing 787 engineering leader between 2006 and 2013. Thereafter, he joined MEXICONOW as an operations and IT manager from 2013 to 2018 before transitioning to Concentrix Catalyst as an operations and project manager. Alongside these positions, he was a master's degree lecturer at Universidad Tecmilenio from 2018 to 2021. Mr. Figueroa Gonzalez's academic journey has been instrumental in his successful career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey in 2005 and, later, a Master of Business Administration focusing in quality and productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio in 2016. Congruent to his academic qualifications, he also received certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner professional and certified Value Stream Mapping Specialist, among others. A devoted volunteer, Mr. Figueroa Gonzalez currently serves as a project development consultant at CheckingIn and previously mentored students at the Chihuahua campus of Universidad Tecmilenio.
