Theodore J. Langevin has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Mr. Theodore J. Langevin is noted for his distinguished tenure in engineering and his leadership of Pathfinders, Inc culminating in the preservation and purchase of Deer Lake.



Throughout his career, Mr. Langevin has been heavily involved in new product development, beginning as an engineer and subsequently in management positions.

    MADISON, CT, October 31, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Theodore J. Langevin has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Leveraging over 45 years of expertise in engineering, Mr. Langevin joined IMH, The Lee Company, in 2014 as a lead automation engineer. Since being promoted to automation engineering manager in 2022, he has been responsible for developing, constructing, and maintaining all automated assembly and test machines within the division.

Since 1948, the family-owned and operated organization has become renowned for providing engineering expertise and innovative custom fluid control solutions worldwide. In addition to its headquarters in Connecticut, The Lee Company offers six U.S. locations and has a presence in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia.

Throughout his career, Mr. Langevin has been heavily involved in new product development, beginning as an engineer and subsequently in management positions. He has also gained invaluable expertise in the organization and management of engineering and manufacturing operations. Before joining The Lee Company, Mr. Langevin was employed by Gunther International from 1999 to 2014, rising through the ranks from a director of engineering to a senior vice president of technical service. He also notably owned an engineering consultancy for over a decade and worked for such companies as Lasermax Roll Systems, Scan Code, and GBR Ltd.

Civically invested, Mr. Langevin joined Pathfinders Inc. in 2022 as the organization's president. Pathfinders Inc. is notably a nonprofit organization founded in 1997 to help run programming at Deer Lake, comprising over 250 acres of land, its resources, and its programming. He has also served as a scout leader on behalf of the Connecticut Yankee Council since 1991. As president of Pathfinders, Inc. he successfully raised funds and acquired Deer Lake Scout Reservation from Connecticut Yankee Council, preventing the property from being developed. Previously, Mr. Langevin was active as chairman of the maintenance committee of the Deer Lake Scout Reservation, having served in his position from 2011 to 2022.

Mr. Langevin graduated from Brown University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He also garnered a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport in 1990. In light of his success, much of which he attributes to his persistence, Mr. Langevin was recognized as the Guilford Courier Person of the Week and among the Shoreline Men Over Sixty.
