Previously, Mr. Williams worked as an End User Automation Sales Executive and Industrial Sales Executive for Schneider Electric.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Williams gained valuable expertise in sales management, systems technology, and engineering with DSI, Mitchell Sales Agency, and Johnson Controls. Likewise, he dedicated himself to his country as a Third-, Second-, and First-Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy. Alongside his work, Mr. Williams contributes to his community as a mentor for 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta, Inc. and as an adviser with Kennesaw State University's Collegiate 100.
As an expert in his field, Mr. Williams earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Strayer University. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, which afforded him the opportunity to acquire an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business. In addition, Mr. Williams completed coursework in computer and information systems security and information assurance through Georgia Southern University. While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Williams takes the most pride in being a mentor for 11- to 18-year-old young men through 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta.

Looking towards the future, he intends to embark upon his career's continued growth and success. Within the next five to ten years, Mr. Williams aims to expand his mentorship activities within 100 Black Men, pave the way for others, and harness his expertise to drive positive change.
