Most recently supported the accounting due-diligence requests for a subsidiary entity, which was part of the business conglomerate, in a $400mil acquisition transaction.
During her career, Ms. Petean gained valuable expertise in different executive level accounting and business roles with such companies as Full Stack Finance, Wells Levitt, Gargir Financial Services, and others.
An expert in her field, Ms. Petean holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
