Passionate about the food industry, Ms. Buccilli has owned and operated Buccilli's Pizza of Clare in Clare, Michigan, alongside her husband for over 15 years. Today, the pizzeria has four locations throughout Northern Michigan and continues to excel for its quality pizza and superior customer service.
A family-owned and operated business that began more than five decades ago by Ms. Buccilli's in-laws, she started working for the family business in 1995 following her husband's return from his military tour in the U.S. Air Force. Feeling satisfied in knowing she is keeping a legacy alive through her work, Ms. Buccilli recognizes that every pizza made by the Buccilli team is a work of art, and she emphasizes the importance of consistently delivering delicious and visually appealing food to her customers.

Looking toward the future, she plans to continue providing her entrusted community with quality pizza and excellent service. Eventually, Ms. Buccilli intends to retire and is open to the possibility of a family member taking over operations.
Adamant about the importance of giving back and being active in her community, Ms. Buccilli serves as the president of the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Clare Downtown Development Authority and the Isabella Bank Northern Division in Clare. She has also been very active with Farwell Area Schools of Michigan as a board member, color guard and instructor and with the school's band and sports boosters. Moreover, Ms. Buccilli has been a donor for the Michigan Brain Aneurysm Foundation's annual fundraising event, for a fundraiser for the Clare County Animal Shelter, and is active in helping in the annual fundraising event for the Clare and Gladwin Counties Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Ms. Buccilli attended Mid-Michigan Community College during the mid-1980s. In light of her success, she has been recognized among the Hall of Famers in the Northeast with induction into the Pizza Hall of Fame. Buccilli's Pizza of Clare was also honored with a commemorative plaque and a special tribute from the State of Michigan to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The award was presented to Ms. Buccilli in 2023 by state representatives, senators, the attorney general, the lieutenant governor, and the governor.
