With more than a decade of combined experience in business management and engineering prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Komorosky has earned distinction as an attorney with her own firm, Komorosky Law, P.L.L.C., practicing general civil litigation and military family law. Since January 2023, she has focused her efforts on advising on domestic terrorism accusations, data breach, tort, cybersecurity, and employment actions, drafting emergency response plans, and representing military members in divorce actions. She also handles anything that is tied to homeland and national security law as well as civil rights issues in sports.

Additionally, she has been the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of 4 Twenty-Nine Consulting, LLC since 2017, serves as a freelance lawyer with LAWCLERK since 2022, and recently became a shareholder Associate Attorney of Safeport Law in September 2023, part of that firm's expansion to Michigan. Safeport Law, with Ms. Komorosky at the helm of Michigan operations, focuses on assisting consumers with credit repair and debt relief.
Before establishing her firm, Ms. Komorosky began her career as a bookkeeper for Horizon Satellite LLC in 2011, and at the same time was an administrative operations manager for Kenai Peninsula Housing Initiatives, Inc. starting in 2012. She subsequently worked as a home furnishing consultant and pure sleep specialist for Art Van Furniture in 2015-2016, before becoming a leasing consultant for Bear Creek Meadows Apartments in 2016. Following this time, she was an intern in curriculum and program design, facilitation and implementation with the Harbor Light Community Chapel, where she developed the church's family ministry program alongside the pastoral staff, as well as a legal assistant for the Meridian Law Center in 2018. Later that year, she became a project manager and data engineering analyst for RGBSI, LLC, contracting for Pratt & Whitney Auto Air, and served as a law clerk for Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti and Sherbrook, P.C. in 2019. In 2020, she was a teaching assistant for Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, in the area of Personal and Professional Responsibility, and a data engineering analyst for RGBSI Aerospace and Defense, LLC, before being offered a promotion to the military aftermarket service representative position, where she negotiated million dollar repair contracts for the nozzles that go on commercial airplane engines as well as supported the federal government contracts to ensure quotas were met.
Ms. Komorosky continued her career as an intern for the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School Innocence Project for one year in 2020-2021, a legal extern for the Rodenhouse Law Group, P.C., and Associate Editor for the Homeland and National Security Law Review in 2021, earning a promotion to the Editor-in-Chief later that year. She recently earned a Military Challenge Coin for her service and dedication to the law review. Additionally, she also was an aerospace project engineer for Cyient, Inc. in 2022 for a year while she awaited her bar exam results.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Komorosky earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from North Central Michigan College in 2009, a certificate in Medical Transcription from Kaplan University in 2012, a Bachelor of Arts in Family Relations Education from Spring Arbor University in 2018, and an Engineering Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt Engineering from Goodwin University and a Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, both in 2021. Well-qualified in her field, she is also a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Public Speaker and Coach as well as a Provisional Certified Family Life Educator with the National Council on Family Relations. She is currently licensed to practice law in the state courts of Michigan, the Western and Eastern District Courts of the Federal Courts of Michigan, and is an active member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar Association.
Ms. Komorosky intends to complete a Master of Laws program at the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, in Homeland and National Security Law by the Spring of 2024, enabling her to grow her law firm to be more prominent with multiple attorneys in multiple states. She will primarily focus on transactional work and litigation matters relating to aerospace, drone, cryptocurrency, immigration, emergency management planning, risk and threat assessments, cybersecurity, and data privacy, all of which fall under the banner of homeland and national security law. She will continue to represent plaintiffs in tort actions and employment discrimination matters as well.
