With extensive expertise in human resource strategies, talent management, and leadership development, Ms. Kamra boasts a two-decade career in the human resources field, having worked with esteemed organizations in two geographies. She commenced her journey in her home country as a human resources generalist at Headstrong Services India Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2008. Following this, Ms. Kamra held prominent positions with well-known companies, including Target Corporation, Nike, and CDK Global. Her diverse international experience, varying mindset, and exposure to distinct challenges enable her to offer a unique perspective when it comes to problem-solving. As she looks ahead, her aspiration is to attain the role of Chief Human Resources Officer in an organization where she can continue her personal and professional growth while imparting her valuable insights to others.
In addition to her primary professional responsibilities, Ms. Kamra is an active member of Chief in Portland, a private network organization specifically designed to empower and support female executives in enhancing and preserving their professional positions. Furthermore, she currently serves on the board of directors for VisionGift, from 2022. Ms. Kamra holds a bachelor's degree in computer applications from Maharshi Dayanand University, and she obtained her Master of Business Administration with a focus on human resources and marketing from the Ramaiah Institute of Management.
