Admitting that his career can be both challenging and rewarding, Mr. Ringger notes that when LifeWise Academy was founded, it only offered two programs. Today, the organization provides over 250 programs across 12 states. Responsible for providing design services to each of these programs, he draws deep satisfaction in his work. Apart from his contributions at the Academy, Mr. Ringger has served as the principal of Riggalicious Desing LLC, a graphic design business based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, since 2001.
Crediting more than 20 years of professional experience to his success, Mr. Ringger began his career as a graphic designer in 2003 with FirstFlash! Line. Among other noteworthy roles, he was a senior art director at Floyd & Partners and a communications coordinator at Gateway Woods Family Services Inc., responsible for illustration, creative direction, art direction, photography, social media, and other areas of the business.

As part of his civic commitments, Mr. Ringger has been affiliated with the Oakes Holiday Centre. He has also participated in numerous mission trips to India, Haiti, Jamaica, and Mexico as a parishioner of the Apostolic Christian Church of America. These trips have allowed Mr. Ringger to engage with diverse cultures while also serving underprivileged communities.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Ringger received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from Indiana University in 2004 with the assistance of a scholarship. His successes have earned him recognition with Second Place in Artistic Merit for Photography from Wells County Creative Arts in 2004 and as the 2017 Growing Grabill Logo Contest winner. Additionally, several of Mr. Ringger's designs have been featured in The Logo Lounge for four consecutive years. The prestigious platform publishes a book every two years and includes designers worldwide.
