Ms. Johnson began her career in 2002 as a neuroscience sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company, rising to become a senior oncology sales specialist in 2006 and a senior cardiovascular sales specialist in 2008. She departed Eli Lilly and Company in 2013 for an immunology hospital sales specialist role with Dendreon and was named an immuno-oncology institutional account executive for the company the following year. Ms. Johnson continued to build on her in-depth knowledge of oncology therapies and specialty treatments as the oncology area manager for TESARO, Inc., where she served for one year before transitioning into a leadership position with the company. Between 2016 and 2018, Ms. Johnson was a key account manager and regional trainer for TESARO, Inc., where she developed a reputation for her communication skills and ability to synthesize her diverse industry experience to provide unique perspectives and solutions.
Since 2018, Ms. Johnson has been a member of the Menarini Stemline Therapeutics team, beginning as a hematology territory manager before shifting her focus to patient assistance and health policy responsibilities. In 2019, she accepted a field reimbursement manager position, which led her to become a payer reimbursement manager for the company in 2021. She currently serves as payer reimbursement director for Menarini Stemline Therapeutics, working with patients, providers, and insurance companies to coordinate drug coverage, costs, and eligibility for subsidies and supplemental insurance programs.
