With 20 vacant lots in his possession on which to build new residential single/multifamily homes, he also currently owns 6 rental properties. His extensive experience in land purchasing, construction, remodeling, and rentals keeps him busy. Adjacent to running his own business, Mr. Williams also works in the oil and gas industry as operation supervisor for Pioneer Natural Resources.

This exposure to the real estate industry in his early years led him to enter the field himself, and he quickly learned that he thrived as a business owner.
Mr. Williams possesses a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Montana State University Northern and a master's degree in construction engineering management from the University of Texas at El Paso. In addition to his education, he attributes his success to his mother, a levelheaded and spiritual woman who supports and advises him in all he does. He also finds motivation from his wife, his three children, and his mentor: older cousin, Louis Clay. He also thanks everyone who has helped him along the way.
