Yara Ziad Al Botros Celebrated for Dedication to the Architectural Industry

Ms. Al-Botros works towards creating meaningful change in the world through her career.

She presently excels as a project manager for KKT Architects, Inc.

TULSA, OK, November 28, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Yara Al-Botros has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After graduating from an architectural university in Syria, Ms. Al-Botros began working as an intern architect for Extol Company, where she honed her expertise in AutoCAD software and created detailed drawings for a wide range of construction projects. Subsequently, she began working for the Palm Village architectural team as a design architect before leveraging her experience as an architect and site engineer for the United Nations' International Organization for Migration. For many years, Ms. Al-Botros built upon her expertise with the United Nations, working as a project manager and architect between 2014 and 2017.

Over the years, Ms. Al-Botros gained valuable expertise in the field as an architectural designer for Creative Home Design, an architectural intern for ADG-Blatt Architects, and a project manager for KSQ Designs. Backed by years of professional experience, she presently excels as a project manager for KKT Architects, Inc.

An expert in her field, Ms. Al-Botros has expanded her professional knowledge over the years, earning a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute, a risk management certification, Change Management certification, and a request for proposal certification from Pyramid Engineering. In a few short months, Ms. Al-Botros will graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a master's degree in construction business management.

Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Al-Botros aligns herself with the Tulsa chapter of the Project Management Institute. While her career has been filled with standout moments, she takes the most pride in the final project she completed before leaving Syria for the United States. As the manager of that project, she managed transitional housing unit development and incorporated a new building technology that leveraged low-cost and sustainable soil blocks. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her overall success to the wonderful mentors she has had in her career. Looking forward, Ms. Al-Botros intends to earn a higher corporate position within the architectural field and eventually found a nonprofit organization designed to aid financially challenged students and immigrants.
