Mrs. Watson's performance in the field was born of her academic journey. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a master's degree in negotiation and conflict management from the University of Baltimore. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Widener University's Delaware Law, with completion expected in spring 2025. She is a certified travel consultant and holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School Online.
Before setting off on her current professional path, Mrs. Watson spent time working in the education field, gaining invaluable experience working with children on the autism spectrum and those with severe behavioral issues. Her career has led her to roles as assistant director of The Choice Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; as a travel consultant with Gone Again Travel, LLC; as a career development specialist with St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore; and as a career transition specialist with Adams & Associates.
A lifelong learner, Mrs. Watson believes wholeheartedly in creating spaces in which she can learn from others. When not working or pursuing her educational goals, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her spouse and two children, and traveling.
