Very active in her community, Ms. Patki has been a member of the California Association of the Arts, an executive committee member and magazine editor for Marathi Kala Mandal, a cultural group in Washington, D.C., and is a former board member for the Friends of Gum Spring Library. She has also been very active in volunteering at her children's elementary school, donating to numerous food pantries, especially during the holidays, and engaging with a local nonprofit organization that supports underprivileged students as they work toward receiving their high school diploma.
Ms. Patki is highly educated, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology in 2002. She also received credentials in PGDCRM, CRM, marketing management, consumer behavior, services marketing, and information management systems from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2007. In relation to her work in real estate, Ms. Patki received credentials as a licensed realtor and first-time buyer specialist and completed the Ninja Installation workshop. She takes pride in keeping herself updated about the latest developments in her industry by regularly attending relevant training sessions and meetings.
As part of her continued dedication to the industry, Ms. Patki is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. She is also a founding member and former secretary of her local chapter of Mensa International.
As an amateur theater actress, Ms. Patki received several awards for her performances. She has notably participated in numerous elocution competitions, showcasing her dedication to the performing arts.
