For more than 20 years, Ms. Sakulich found success as a contract negotiator and supplier relationship manager specializing in supporting the needs of companies in the information technology sector, working with industry leaders including Autonomy and Xerox. After many achievements and advancements in her corporate career, she transitioned to freelance contract management in 2019. During the COVID-19 related lockdowns the following year, Ms. Sakulich found herself with the time to reconnect with her love of food and cooking for the first time in decades. Unimpressed by the price and quality of the spices and seasonings she found in area grocery stores, Ms. Sakulich began experimenting with preparing her own blends of fresh herbs, leading to the establishment of HS Creations, LLC. Since then, the company has grown to offer more than 55 globally-inspired organic seasoning blends and has developed several local retail partnerships in addition to a thriving e-commerce business.
Ms. Sakulich retains an active role in all levels of HS Creations, LLC's operations, including social media management and marketing, maintaining retail distribution, and developing new products in the company test kitchen. She credits her success to the cooking skills she learned from her mother, and to her finely-tuned palate and sense of flavor, and looks forward to continuing to expand HS Creations, LLC's offerings, including exploring opportunities to launch a line of salad dressings, sauces, and other culinary offerings in the upcoming years. In her personal time, Ms. Sakulich is active in her community supporting charitable outreach projects benefiting animal shelters, veterans, food banks for the underprivileged and enjoys relaxing by exploring new places and culinary experiences.
