Prior to obtaining her current role, she worked for Inspira as a parking lot cashier and as an academic writing coach for Capella University. During the early stages of her career, Dr. Windsor gained valuable expertise in counseling, sales, and more with Underwood Memorial Hospital, Estell Manor School, Rosa International Middle School, and Valle Birds.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Windsor completed coursework in psychology at Rowan College of Gloucester County and Kaplan University. Subsequently, she expanded on her professional knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's Degree in General School Counseling as well as a PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University. Over the years, Dr. Windsor also received certifications through the American Heart Association, the National Board for Certified Counselors, the American School Counselor Association, and the American Red Cross.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Dr. Windsor maintains affiliation with the American School Counselor Association, Chi Sigma Iota, the American Psychological Association, the New Jersey School Counselor Association, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Outside of her work, she also contributes to her community through various charitable organizations.
