He later left Akerman Senterfitt to join one of his clients and became the Executive Vice President of Operations and a General Counsel for Centerline Homes, Inc. He then was promoted to principal for Centerline Homes, Inc. Among his professional accomplishments, he is consistently an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also proud to have successfully evolved from a litigator into a versatile businessman and general counsel, specializing in transactional work and mastering the intricacies of employment law, real estate finance, land use matters, and contract drafting through his own efforts. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Kronengold earned a Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in accounting from the University of Florida. Following this achievement, he attained a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1989, where he was also a member of the Law Review.
