In 2014, she joined Roberts Academy with the Cincinnati Public Schools, holding the same position until 2015. Subsequently, Dr. Finney served as an assistant principal at Sand Montessori within the Cincinnati Public Schools until 2016. Since then, she has been a principal with the Cincinnati Public Schools.
Holding a superintendent license, Dr. Finney extends her influence beyond formal roles, volunteering with inner-city youth.
