During the early stages of his career, Mr. Pizzurro gained valuable expertise in project management through management and engineering roles with Fortune 500 companies such as GameStop, JCPenney, Hewlett Packard, USAA and McKesson. Before starting out in the field, he earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas, where he was later honored as Alumni Advisor of the Year. Subsequently, Mr. Pizzurro expanded on his professional knowledge by earning an MBA from Aspen University and an Executive Certificate in Blockchain Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Pizzurro has aligned himself with several charitable efforts, including Co-Founder and Chairman of the Zeta Omicron Foundation which provides scholarships to students at the University of North Texas. He was also Co-Founder and Vice President of the Dream 2 Walk Foundation which gave financial support to spinal cord injury patients to help fund their therapy to learn to walk again.
Outside of work, Mr. Pizzurro enjoys camping, hiking outdoors and staying fit. He is a former competitive athlete and completed a 70.3 mile Ironman Triathlon back in 2019.
While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in his 19-year-old daughter, Kylie who is a freshman cheerleader at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
