Prior to establishing his business, Mr. Kalles served as the vice president of sales, marketing and product development for Spectravision in 1990 and was the vice president of consulting services for Interactive Niche Networks Inc. in 1993. During this time, he also was a consultant for Solutions American LLC from 1996 until 2003, president of volume recruiting solutions for JobPlex, Inc. from 2002 until 2004 and for DHR International, Inc. from 2000 until 2003. He subsequently was a consultant to the president for Extenway Solutions in 2004 until becoming a board consultant for Quilite International, Inc. and Inter-City Video in 2008.
Mr. Kalles continued his career as the director of business development for Pipeline Medical in 2011 and was a consultant to the board of directors for Project Z, Inc. in 2014. At the same time, he served as a consultant to the chief executive officer for Summit Broadband from 2011 until 2015, taking a role as the vice president of business development for Inocybe Technologies in 2016. That year, he also was the vice president of business development for HYVE WORKS, LLC Hospitality Solutions and worked as the chief executive officer and president for Champions For Better Business from 2020 until 2023. To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Kalles earned a bachelor's degree in business from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Mr. Kalles was a volunteer Secretary/Treasurer of Childrens Creations Montreal (Les Créations Des Enfants). The not for profit organization helped hundreds of homeless teenagers in Montreal. Within the coming years, Mr. Kalles intends to continue spreading happiness to others, including his beloved children.
