Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, he maintains affiliation with the Mechanical Trade Contractors of Arizona and the Construction Financial Management Association. Outside work, Mr. Mascolino contributes to his community through various organizations and the Gold Canyon Golf Resort.

Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his team, his mentor, Bob Catalano, his father, Richard Mascolino who served as his inspiration, and his wife, Elizbeth Mascolino and four sons. In the coming years, Mr. Mascolino aims to expand his firm through mergers and acquisitions.
