E-DRAP aims to implement data analytic capabilities using emerging technologies, making it the premier data linkage tool for managing big data across the Department of Education.
With nearly 30 years of service, including 20+ years as a career civil servant and 12 years in the United States Air Force, Lawrence's experience is extensive. He played a pivotal role as Secretary of the Air Force Financial Management (SAF/FM) Data Team Lead/Acting Chief Data Officer and has been instrumental as the Data Infrastructure Team Lead since December 2020.

• Developed plans for technological and analytic infrastructure improvement.
• Led a team in building the foundation for the department's infrastructure and analytic needs.
• Created the enterprise-wide Target State Architecture for transitioning to a cloud environment.
