With more than two decades of excellence in software development, Mr. Beeram has earned distinction as the principal for Concentrix + Webhelp. Harish Beeram was nominated and selected internally at Concentrix + Webhelp as global chair for the Ability Game-Changer Resource Group (GRG). Moreover, Harish's exceptional leadership has also positioned him as a global leader in the Global Digital Accessibility Community of Practice within Concentrix + Webhelp, fostering digital accessibility based digital transformation and innovation. Since 2016, he has focused his efforts on collaborating with various industries, particularly the hospitality sector, to advocate for the integration of accessibility features on their websites. He works to facilitate the accessibility of digital platforms for individuals with disabilities, mitigating any risk of exclusion in the ongoing digital transformations across diverse sectors by leading teams in designing digital accessibility products and pioneering engineering and architecture within the latest generative AI technology to advance digital accessibility in the front-end space. Additionally, he has been the founder and chief architect for Solutions UI/UX since 2018 and co-authored "Sequential optimization and reliability assessment for multidisciplinary systems design" for the Journal for Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization in 2007 which was his M.S Thesis in 2005 from University of Missouri Rolla.

Likewise dedicated to civil advocacy, Mr. Beeram engages in volunteer work at soup kitchens, provides food to individuals experiencing homelessness and supports medical mission camps by assisting doctors on a monthly basis. He mentors user experience (UX) designers, software engineers and high school and college graduates and volunteers his expertise for the Pinellas County Health Department and Sri Sathya Sai Baba Organization.

Before his present roles, Mr. Beeram worked as a research assistant for the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2003 and became a software engineer and UI consultant for GlobalCynex Inc. in 2005. Following this time, he joined Raymond James Financial Inc. in 2007 as a UI engineer and rose to a role as an enterprise architecture during his tenure. In 2013, he became a senior UI architect and team lead for enterprise architecture for Clarifire and was an enterprise UI, mobile and accessibility architect for enterprise architecture for Bloomin' Brands, Inc. in 2016. Later that year, he took a position as a senior enterprise consultant for UI, UX and mobility for AgileThought and worked there until 2020.

Among his professional accomplishments, he won first prize for the slowest parachute fashioned entirely from paper (two plates, three sticks and an empty paper cup) from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He also led a team of eight individuals that emerged as the first prize winner in "CodaPalooza: Gimme Shelter," a hackathon conducted by Tampa Innovation Alliance that brought together volunteer programmers to brainstorm solutions for civic problems in Tampa, Florida. They were able to design, develop and showcase a prototype that was highlighted in the publication 83 Degrees in 2016 in one weekend from Friday to Sunday in June 2016.

To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Beeram earned a Bachelor of Technology in mechanical engineering from the VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNRVJIET) in the state of Telangana, India in 2002. Following this achievement, he attained a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2004. Well-qualified in his field, he is certified as a competent leader and communicator by Toastmasters International.

Within the coming years, Mr. Beeram intends to expand his company to effect positive change for humanity, emphasizing the importance of treating people respectfully while maintaining boundaries to prevent exploitation of human kindness, hence he started a parallel journey of serial and social entrepreneurship. He is looking forward to delivering a TEDx Talk on the critical nexus of people with disabilities and digital accessibility. He also has a book recently released book, "Professional UX & Accessibility Designer," that is presently in just released. This unique textbook will offer designers a guide on implementing accessibility-focused transformations in digital design. Overall, he is proud to have accomplished a great deal in his career thus far after coming to the United States as a student and becoming an expert in front end technologies, and an innovator.

His current mission, vision and humanitarian-based product is Elio SmartAdapt Wheelchair (SAW); he believes it will be the change he wants to see in this world. Profit companies would share 10% of revenues with charity and non-profit companies. "It would support humanitarian work around the world," remarked Mr. Beeram. "This model is very challenging but Solutions UIUX Inc and EnableWorld.org have been doing it." Solutions UIUX inc shares 10% of its revenues with EnableWorld.org, a 501 (c) (3) that he established with his own funds to help people with disabilities and help humanity progress in a positive direction. Its mission is to Enable, Empower, Educate and Employ the "differently abled" or currently referred as "disabled." He also was instrumental as a Volunteer UX & IT Director for another 501 (c) (3) charity called Educate the Children where he initiated and completed modernizing a 25-year-old website from 1998 to an acceptable state. He successfully convinced the Founder and CEO of Educate the Children to upgrade the website by volunteering for him and his team members. Harish says according to research 50,000 charities are closing their doors every year due to lack of funding. He is optimistic that this situation will change soon since for profit organizations like his own are going to step up to support the good humanitarian work done by these amazing charities that truly make a difference in the world.

Mr. Beeram is calling for a co-founder and CEO who can take the mission of Elio SmartAdapt Wheelchair (SAW) forward as a profit organization and volunteer to join EnableWorld.org's vision and mission of volunteering technical opportunities such as website developers/administrators and humanitarian campaign management with ongoing projects that serve the community of people with disabilities all over the world. An example and inspiration for forming EnableWorld.org was EnableIndia.org, which is a great model globally, and crucial at this moment of time. "The individual must have a heart for people with disabilities or have a disability that gives them passion and compassion to help other people with disabilities," he explained. Below is the link to the video of Enable Worlds' humanitarian mission to bring a very advanced powerful wheelchair to the world. 10% of revenues should be given to Enableworld Charity for the design, ideas, concepts and all the detailed specification shared with Elio SmartAdapt corporation while the future co-founder and CEO of Elio SmartAdapt project can then work with 90% of the revenue generated through the prototype and launch this project to the world. What will EnableWorld.org do with the 10% of returns shared? It will help people with disabilities all over the world with assistive technology devices along with the achievements of the mission of charity – humanitarian approach shared above.

Mr. Beeram's book, embracing Digital Accessibility Based Transformation/Innovations or Solutions, (has just been released on Jan 24, 2024, on Amazon) will not leave people with disabilities out of the question. The book attempts to create a new level of Software UX Designers from the ground up (beginner level to professional level). "Professional UX & Accessibility Designer" is a work/textbook with over 500+ pages and over 360 pages of condensed content, 450 questions, and over 270 references for additional reading for the readers to answer. It is a career, packed into a book, bringing college level education and 18 years of experience condensed into it; it is very rich in content. It needs to be diluted and digested over many hours of engaged and intensive learning along with practicing the exercises and answering the questions and real life-like projects mentioned. The following LinkedIn article mentions the upcoming book:

"Professional UX & Accessibility Designer" is ready for order at initial promotional investment of $99.99 set for 1 month for Kindle and $124.99 for the paperback. However, as the cost of producing this book is high, your investment is set to go upward bringing the book investment up to $199.98. He and his team of instructors/mentors in USA and India offer an accelerated, condensed and intensive software UX & Accessibility designer coaching program for 3 months starting from level zero to professional level going from beginner to intermediate to advanced and finally to professional level. This massive undertaking of compressing years of education, experience, knowledge, wisdom, and practical and tangible comprehensive coaching program that educates the course taker to have a professional level of career in the field of software designing has been an effort for the last few years; he has focused despite many challenges in the way of execution. This is truly remarkable because it compresses a total of 9 years that can be divided as education (4 years of traditional college), experience of up to 5 years and execution compressed into 90 days/3 months /12 weeks. This coaching program for people with disabilities is available with a heavy discount to help the people with disabilities (different abilities) depending on their level of disability.

His call for all is to take the noble approach and help change the world as Mahatma Gandhi said by "BEing the change we want to see in this world," stepping up, creating positive momentum in the world. Harish says, "Let's embrace the edu-CARE services," a service mentality towards education by truly bringing education, knowledge, and experience to all parts of the world and spread the positive energy via educating, enabling, empowering and employing from all countries of world, not just a select few countries. Lastly, Harish would like us to remember what Nelson Mandela said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world!" and join Harish and many others in changing global education systems to EDU-CARE services that benefit mankind and humanity across the globe!
