Mr. Wildes is lauded for his work as an experienced certified public accountant, tax attorney, and owner of Wildes at Law in Roseville, Minnesota. Representing individuals and business owners in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the local Department of Revenue, his boutique firm handles such matters as audits, tax credits, tax planning, and more. Mr. Wildes also notably oversees two enrolled agents and three support staff members.
Having begun his career as a law clerk at Ruvelson & Kautzer Ltd. in 2014, Mr. Wildes subsequently became an accounting clerk at Park Dental from 2016 to 2018 and Lurie LLP in 2018. He also garnered expertise as a student attorney for the IRS in 2019 in the greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Just before forming his firm, Mr. Wildes found success as a tax attorney and case manager at Tax Tiger between 2019 and 2021.
Looking toward future aspirations, Mr. Wildes aims to expand Wildes at Law by establishing a traditional accounting firm that will collaborate with his tax law firm to serve as many clients as possible.
Civically, Mr. Wildes has been active with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid. He has also been affiliated with Prepare + Prosper, an organization based in Saint Paul that provides free tax preparation, financial services, coaching services, and various products.
Mr. Wildes graduated from Hamline University with a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2016 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, in 2019. He holds credentials as a certified public accountant and has been admitted to practice by the Minnesota Bar Association and the U.S. Tax Court.
As part of his continued success, Mr. Wildes is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Association of Attorney-CPAs, and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
