Mr. Lott is a third-generation owner and managing attorney at Langston & Lott, PLLC in Booneville, Mississippi, renowned for his success in personal injury and burn injury litigation. Initially established by his grandfather in 1964, his father has also worked for the organization for over 30 years. Now overseeing all operations of the premier law firm, Mr. Lott is grateful to have been able to continue a family tradition at an established practice.

Civically active, Mr. Lott has served on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Prentiss County Chapter; The Booneville Park Commission; the Family Resource Center of North Mississippi; the Booneville Blue Devil Touchdown Club, and the Booneville Blue Devil Diamond Club. He has also served as the board attorney for the Booneville School District and the Prentiss County Board of Supervisors. Casey also volunteers his time to administer the Northeast Mississippi Community College Tiger Initiative.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Lott graduated from Booneville High School, received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Mississippi State University in 2002, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, from the University of Mississippi in 2004. He has been admitted to practice by the Mississippi and Alabama Bar Associations and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
To fulfill his professional goals, Mr. Lott is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member and past president of the Prentiss County Bar Association and a former President of the Ole Miss Student chapter of the Mississippi Association for Justice.
Recognizing his accomplishments, Mr. Lott was named a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine in 2011, among the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2012, received the Leadership in Law Award from the Mississippi Business Journal in 2012, and was named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Mississippi of Any Age in 2014. He has also been recognized with an AV-Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been included in Lawyers of Distinction since 2023. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Lott had the opportunity to serve as a representative of Ole Miss in its National Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2003, was named among the Top Four in the Moot Court Board Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2003, and among the Top Four in the Stein Reynolds Dalephite Trial Advocacy Competition in 2004. Mr. Lott draws inspiration from his father, who is Of Counsel at the firm, as well as his mother, grandfather, and uncles who were/are also attorneys.
