As the Director, he achieved significant milestones, notably spearheading the Village's transition from a paper-based to a digital system, offering residents a streamlined process for permit applications without necessitating physical visits to town center.
A dedicated community member, Mr. Eastman has volunteered extensively with the Village of Bolingbrook, chairing its Complete Count Committee for the 2020 Census and affiliating himself with a number of local non-profit organizations. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by an internship at Single Site Solutions Corporation in 2006. In 2017, he further fortified his skills by completing Cybersecurity Awareness Training through ESET North America.
