Eminently qualified in his field, he is a certified investment management analyst with the Investment Management Consultants Association. Looking to the future, Mr. Takara intends to retire in the next decade, enabling him to spend more time supporting future generations by offering financial, educational and mentorship programs to young individuals supporting Okinawan culture.
