Inspired by his father, who established Oliverio Italian Style Peppers, Inc., Mr. Olivero was driven to follow in his footsteps. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in sports management from West Virginia University, he joined his family's business as the president and chief executive officer. When he first joined the company, they sold medium hot peppers in sauce and red hot peppers in sauce, both of which his grandmother made. However, upon his arrival, he became more involved with the business than anyone had previously, and along with his father they came up with new products, including sweet and hot sauce, spaghetti sauce, and pizza sauce. Similarly, Mr. Oliverio added pepper rings, jalapenos, and cauliflower to their product line while overseeing sales and marketing. Alongside his work with Oliverio Italian Style Peppers, he was involved in real estate, and has an interest in a bowling alley, and a family restaurant, as well as a brining station in Canada.

Alongside his work, Mr. Oliverio dedicates himself to people in need by assisting families during the Christmas season. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his passion for what he does and the extensive network he has built over the years. Within the next five to ten years, he intends to expand the business even further and would like to help other individuals and companies bring their ideas and dreams to life.
