Ms. Brown prepared for her career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in 1993, a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1998, a Master of Science in Taxation, with high distinction, from Long Island University in 2010, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York Law School in 2013. She has been admitted to practice in the State of New York, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Tax Court.
